Toku whakapapa

Today for Te reo maroi we were learning about Toku whakapapa the new words I lernt about was mama/whea-mother papa/matua-father koroua/koro-granfather kuia-grandmother Tuakana-older sibling (of the same gender ) Teina - younger sibling (of the same gender ) Tungane-brother (opposite gender )

In TWP whanau we are learning about maori native plants last weak we learn about why native plants are important to New Zealand the hole entire TWP Whanau were splted into groups of year 7 6 5 but in my group none of us was a year 5 my group was Nasili and Ana what we had to do before our presentation we had to do some thing similar called our creative writing we had to use complete sentences and correct pronunciations 100 words challenge.
