 So today I did another Google Art drawing  by Summer Learning Journey just like my

first drawing I did with my friend  Jonah. But  this drawing I saw I thought  it would 

be hard at first but then I took a little pause then said to myself oh well Ill never  know

if I try so I  gave it a go then this happen   

so my drawing is the one on the bottom the the Original drawing is the one on top

here are some facts about this drawing NASA is going back to the Moon to stay, in a measured, sustainable fashion, and we are keeping our eyes on Mars.  Take a peek at the rocket, spacecraft and ground systems in development that will enable NASA and partners to achieve this bold, ambitious, and exciting challenge and make human exploration of deep space a reality  

Summer Learning Journey Google Art & Culture

 Hi I am Jacob as you might know it is know thee school holidays and school is now finished for 6 full 

weeks and now we are all free  my teacher gave me a form to sigh for  the summer learning's journey 

it is work that you can do daily the same thing happen in 2020 the most points for the summer learning 

journey   in 2020 was Xavier you win prises for this  but I am not here for the praise I am only here

to do learning   on behalf of my school  because it  will be a long break till I can see them again  but the

Today For PE we played Criket The first thing we did was Aim we had to throw the ball up in the air then catch it with two hands then we were split into groups the proup with the most points wins we had to throw thow the ball to one another then catch it up to the number 10 onece your done then make your number rise to 20 when your done then try catch with one hand the 3rd game was power player you throw thow the ball to the other team if your to close to the ball and it falls down then your out if you catch the ball two times then your out if you throw it far your out the only way to get your team mate back in the game is when they throw it then they have to say power player while the ball is in the air the your team mate can come back in the game try it will be fun

Today I did PT 2 of tuck jumps but me and aniseko had one more person Vili he had no partner so I was going to help him do his first Video then aniseko came and that is when we diced lets all do one so we

    did it was so funny I was about to fall I did 10 vili did 11 aniseko did   14 so that means he did the most

 Today I Timed my self on Prototec it was not that it took me 3 min time I had a few stops it was a little bit to quick but can you beat my time with out making a mistake try it good luck

Jacob All Saints Day Monday 1 NOVEMBER

 Today I had to talk about all saint  day I had to talk about what I think Saints  will and wont do in lock down

 Today I drew A legend his name is John Henry  they say he was salved then when he was freed he 

Said that he will not let anyone beat him again so he was looking for a job then he found a rail road

job every thing was going fine but they did not think he every did rail roading then he made a bet

he said he can nail down 3 spikes with 3 hits they did not think it was posable then he grabed his hamer 

that he made  out of the chains he was slaved with  then he did it nailed all 3 spikes with 1 hit then 

A man came with a Machine he was going to fire them all because he did not need them but they were 

so close to getting the job done then that was when John Asked he for a race then they were  off 

John was going as fast a he can but then the train was going fater then John took off his shirt then he started going faster then ever he was 1 mile away from the end but  then there was  a big cave then 

the Machine had a drill gun Johns son said they  were done for then Johns asked his son what do 

we do when we are tired the son said we never quit but then John said what do we do when it looks like we are not going to make his son said we never quit then John said what do we do when we wana smash through a big cave then the son said we bring out  the big hammers then he went and garbed the big hammers then Johns Mate asked is there a bigger hammer then he said there's always a bigger hammer 

then the son caame with 2 hammers the 2x the sizes of his normal hammer but they were also made 

from  the same chains then he samshed his way through the the Mountain and then it turns out he won 

he went 18 Feet through the cave the   Machine went 8 feet into the cave so then that means that the 

MAN BEAT THE MACHINE

Today in TWP whanau we were split up into groups each groups had a part to write about the coconut. We had to do shell and there was actually a part I found difficult it was when I had to find Facts about coconut shells.

In TWP whanau we are learning about maori native plants last weak we learn about why native plants are important to New Zealand the hole entire TWP Whanau were splted into groups of year 7 6 5 but in my group none of us was a year 5 my group was Nasili and Ana what we had to do before our presentation we had to do some thing similar called our creative writing we had to use complete sentences and correct pronunciations 100 words challenge.

 

This me and my puriri group native tree google drawing group members were nasili and Ana. Ana had to find the flower I had to find the bark nasili had to find the plant. he had to find what the plant look,s like the thing I found difficult was the writing the thing I found easy was searching up the picture.

Today we ha a very special mass. we were celebrating Mother's Day. Father made us rise our hand's

then he blessed our mother 's then Father asked some kid's if they could come up to the mic

and say what they are thankful of. when all the kid's went back to class all the kid's in TWP4 made

a mother's day gift we make a heart shape then we roll up strip's of paper and glue it in my turd out good.

 

Here are the Three Things I appreciate about my mum:

 1. I appreciate my mum because she takes me to school 

and helps me with my homework.

2. I know my mum loves me because she makes me food when I am hungry and care's for me when I am

sick.

 3.I love my mum because she buys the things I need more than the thing's I want.

 Today for Saint Pius X we had a very special mass. This mass is special because we celebrated three important 

Occasions for our school. They are St Patrick's Day,

ASH Wednesday and soul friends mass. ASH Wednesday is a day of fasting and St Patrick's day or the

feast of saints Patrick's is a cultural and religious. St Patrick

Chapter 1 Up to One Hundred 4/3/2021

International woman day 8th March 2021

On the 8th of March was International Women's Day. In our class we did an activity to challenge the stereotypes and bias of both male and female role's within our society. We first had to get into the same gender groups. We then wrote down the positive and challenges of the opposite gender. The boys wrote about the positive and challenges for females and the girls wrote about the positives and challenges of being male. After we came up with some ideas in our groups we then joined our groups with the opposite gender. Something we noticed was the two lists were very different. Women had more challenges. For example men can play and get professionally for sport, get to sleep in and are fathers We also said that a challenge for a male is the they provide for the family and have to always be brave. Something we learnt that males and females aren't considered equal in lots of aspects of life
